You got one of our first cards? Wow, lucky you! We only sent out a few hundred with a few nice people to spread the good word of Shake Hands with a Stranger. Pat yourself on the back because someone wanted to meet you. Didn't it feel good?

Perhaps you just found our card lying somewhere? That's ok too, we love you too. If you met one of the nice people then you probably know a bit about us but if not here we go. Our aim is to change the world by encouraging you good people to get out there and meet some new people in the pub, on the bus, wherever you want, and then come and share your stories here. We want to combat the silly habits of the 21st century that have made people unfriendly towards each other and we need as many people as possible to get involved.

Now that you have found your way here you can do a whole load of stuff after you register. You can upload photos and stories about your meetings with strangers. You can create a profile for yourself with all your meetings on it and you can message people via their profiles. You will be able to see what other people are doing worldwide in the name of Shake Hands with a Stranger.
